After our Call, we'll meet for a Design Meeting:

Design Meeting

Let's set the time and schedule for your project. If everyone involved isn't already present, we'll clarify who will be part of the decision-making process. Finally, we'll discuss your budget to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

Evermore Construction is available for consultation through our building evaluation services. Please note that we do not provide free quotes.

Design Agreement & Quote Created

Assuming we can work together, we will move to a design agreement where we prepare a detailed plan and provide a lump sum firm price quotation. I will then draft the specifications and agreement, getting everything ready for city/county permits. Please note that we do not send quotes or other information via email, mail, fax, or phone until we have a working agreement with our clients.

We're looking forward to hearing from you.
