Phillip built our community a free-standing kitchen and bathroom from the ground up and connected all utilities (in addition converting 4 other spaces on the land!). The finished product is beautiful! People comment frequently on how nice the kitchen is and especially the beauty of the huge window facing the mountains. Phillip seemed to be incredibly fast and caring in the way he approached the building. My community also really enjoyed having him around. He allowed me to help sometimes with the project and taught me how to do drywall, celings, windows and more which I found to be a huge perk of him being there. When a few things needed fixing in the next year or so, he happily came by to fix them and did not charge me for his time. He did a great job on the building projects!
